Great read. It’s long, but very informative. It talks about how American diets have centered on Pig, Cow, and Chicken. How you rarely find Deer, Rabbit, and Goat at the store.

Why are the only American meat options chicken, beef and pork?

That is interesting. If only we had our own land.

Good read. When we used to go to Mexico, one of the first things we couldn’t wait to eat was goat (cabrito).

Well, when you are ready to go hunting this next year get a Doe tag for my area and take 3 days off of work. The first full day we drink, the seconds morning we get a deer, the second evening we drink, and the third full day we dress it out and you go home 🙂 But don’t come on a weekend, too many other guys around.

If you come for early muzzle loader season the neighbor will let us sit on his porch and shoot from there.

Muzzle loader is the only way to hunt, oh yeah!
