I usually teach palm down left hook, but if some one is more comfortable throwing palm in I tell them to throw that, depends on different body types and ages(some guys are tighter and some are looser) I do however always teach what I call pidgeoning in the lead foot to develop…
I know that’s the airsoft version but they do have the real deal. I’ve checked those out before and always wanted to try one out but is a no no without proper paper work. It’s considered a short barreled rifle once you convert your Glock over. It’s federally regulated and you need federal tax stamp.

That is pretty darn awesome! Between that and the Winchester app titled “Ballistics” one should not excuse for hitting targets!

I’ll let JTS, our self defense expert give you some suggestions but it might be helpful to know what you’re trying to achieve thru training.
I wouldn’t call myself an expert just maybe a little more experienced, lol. But I’ll take a stab at this with my own experience.

I really like the idea. Wonder if someone could integrate it into the Kelly kettle we’ve talked about before ( http://www.zombielyptic.com/shtf-survival-gear/520-kelley-kettle.html )
I also wonder how many USB cables have been melted 🙂

Great post! I believe most people stay in shape for health reasons but I workout to stay fit just in case I’m ever in a survival situation. I make sure I stay fit all around which includes running. That’s why I’m all ways challenging myself. Pushing myself to the next level because you just never know.
